I followed the video step by step and tried dozens of times with different files and it still doesnt show up.
I experienced the same. I create a .zip file with 7zip named it INSTALL and it wouldn't show up in XMB.
Did the same thing but with WinRAR chose compression 'save' instead of 'normal' and it worked. Dunno why it won't with 7zip.

Good luck.

Lots of things could've gone wrong there. I'll list some:
- The file structure within the ZIP file is incorrect; Inside the ZIP file you must have a PSP directory, a GAME directory and, after that, the homebrew directory;
- The ZIP file is compressed in a way it doesn't recognize; I try to use it without compression;
- Uppercase issues - EVERYTHING, including the extension, must be Uppercase. Also, maybe you're not seeing the file extension for known filetypes, so your file is actually INSTALL.ZIP.zip, but you're not seeing the extension;
- You didn't refresh QCMA's database after adding INSTALL.ZIP, so you haven't really copied the new Savefile onto your PS Vita and used the exploit again;

Check those things. If you find out where it went wrong, tell us, as others may have the same issue.
Ah, here is a link to SNES9x TYL pre-packed so you can try it. INSTALL.ZIP

Well, I use 7zip. But I choose not to compress the ZIP file (storage mode). This might solve this issue.

When I start up the exploit through Patapon, it freezes up, I've left it for a few minutes multiple times, but it just stays stuck at the loading screen. Do you have any idea what might be causing it?

Edit: And just as I post this, it decides to work.... close enough.

Hi,i'm trying to install tn-v 10 on FW 3.18 but my problem is i have the game but the save game is not available for my game exploit. I have the game called disgaea 2:Dark Hero Days. The save game datas are only available to the EU and JP. So i'm wondering if the devs could make a save game data for the US. I tried using the EU and JP version but it didn't work.I would really appreciate if you could help me. Thanks in advance.

I think the 5th step could be better explained: "Extract the file INSIDE your Save Game's Folder (inside XXXXXXX_DATA01 folder)" for example.

Thanks for the suggestion. ^^

Unfortunately, it seems that no one have ported the exploit for the US version, or the exploit is fixed in this one. Sorry about that, but until a developer comes up with something, you're stuck. I'd recommend getting one of the cheap games of the list. They're not expensive. ^^

I don't have a Vita TV to test, but I guess you can do it with a PSP File Manager. But, of course, I'm not really sure about this.
If you care to try, follow this tutorial here: http://wololo.net/2014/09/13/instructio ... ware-3-18/

i first tried to swap the existing recovery.pbp (was ftp) with pspfiler
only to discover a few minutes later that a new firmware was rolling out O____________O

and now i'm stuck with 3.18 no ftp and no content manager functionality (it requires to update)

wanna cry so many rivers U:U
basically i exploited just to play ys 7 at moment (which is great of course)

i read somewhere tn-v10 has a ftp built in but i can't find it anywhere .. where is it?

EDIT: is there actually any way to use the built in ad-hoc function of pspfiler with a pc?

Oh for the love of....
Use QCMA or the OpenCMA patch. If the Vita has already seen there is an update then enable airplane mode and reset the vita before connecting with CMA.
