Have you ever noticed how can it take you too much time to download something that's just 128MB (Yeah, I tested this with LIMBO Demo)
There's an easy workaround for that, but it requires you to use your PC

Requirements:

• A PC conected to the same network than your Vita
• Charles Proxy (any other similar proxy program should work tho)

Instructions:

• Open your Proxy program on your computer
• You should know your IP Adress; In some cases the program you're using will tell you what your IP Adress is. If you're in windows and want to know you IP Adress press [Windows Key]+R, type "cmd" and press Intro. Now that you're there type "ipconfig" and press intro. the number that looks like "123.456.7.890"is the one we are going to use in step 4.
• On your Vita, go to Settings → Network → Wi-Fi Settings → [Your Network] → Advanced Settings. Here change Proxy Settings from "Do Not Use" to "Use"
• Now you'll see an "Adress" option with a text box next to it: type the IP Adress of your PC. On "port" write the port you're going to use (commonly 8080 or 8888) (Example). If you want, you can do an Internet Connection Test, under Network settings on your Vita (You'll notice that, maybe, your Download and Upload Speeds are lower than before, but when you download something from the Store this will be totally the opposite)
• Go to the PlayStation Store and download whatever you want.

Proof

Look at the hours:

• Without Proxy it took me around 14 minutes to download Limbo

• With Proxy it was around 4 minutes

And that's it.
Note: this may not work for some people (or maybe not work as good as it worked for me) But it's really useful when you're going to download huge games.

edit : i found why. ^^ but speed not realy increased. i'm surely too far from the acces point with me desktop computer.

The Vita doesn't show the download speed, that's why I took the screenshots at the very begining, and 30 seconds before ending. But you can notice that with proxy it takes around 4~5 minutes and without proxy it's around 14~15 minutes.

You can even notice that the "With Proxy" screenshot shows that it has already downloaded 114 MB and the download will finish in 30 seconds, wich means that it will download 14 MB in ~30 seconds, but the "Without Proxy" one shows it has downloaded 122 MB, wich means it will download just 6 MB in 30 seconds, and we all know that 14 MB every 30 seconds (~477* KB/s) is faster than 6 MB in 30 seconds (~204* KB/s)
