Using two accounts on PlayStation Vita

[spoiler]Vita Will Support Multiple PSN Accounts, But Only on Multiple Memory Cards
After reports claimed that the PlayStation Vita will be locked to one PSN account, with users having to factory reset their handheld to use another account, Sony has now clarified the situation.
Speaking to Wired.com, Sony associate brand marketing manager Crystal Mackenzie said that the Vita won’t be locked to one account, but that memory sticks will:
Your PSN ID is bonded to your memory card and your memory card is bonded to your Vita. So if you wanted to change different PSN users but use the same memory card, you would need to go factory reset.
She also added that you can use multiple cards on the same PSN account. Unfortunately, PS Vita cards are far from cheap, and will already add to the cost of your Vita as it is.
(So it is just like the PSP anyone complaining before it is EXACTLY LIKE HOW THE PSP WAS.)

It is possible to use two different PSN accounts on one vita but it takes some effort. (If you have two memory cards it will take less effort.)
I will explain all steps so that everyone can understand
Let’s just get through this:
Note: The parts in green are for those who don't have another memory card and the parts in red are for those who have another memory card.
Backing up: First of all you need to backup all your data:
1. Go to trophies app then press the options button (the three dot button at the right bottom of the screen) and select Sync with Server.
2. (You can skip this step if you have another memory card but do it if you don’t have memory another memory card or if you have a PS Vita 2000) open content manager in your computer the open it in your vita select pc and then select your connection type and select backup. Full instructions here: PlayStation manual
Formatting: Then you will need to format the PS Vita system and restore all settings to default values:
Note: If you have a PS Vita 2000 it will format the internal memory card too.
1. Remove the memory card if you have another one.(Don’t remove it if you have just one)
2. Go to settings then format and press the “restore The PS Vita System”
3. Press restore option and press yes for everything it asks.
4. Then your vita will turn off and when it turns on again you need to watch an unskippable introduction video (the boring part)
5. Insert your second memory card if you have.
Adding another account: In this part you must sign in to your second account. There are two ways to sign in to your account:
A: After you watched the video and connected to Wi-Fi it will ask you if you want to sign in to your account.
B: If you didn’t sign in at the beginning you can go to settings then PSN and select sign in.
Getting back to your previous account: If you ever needed to get back to your first account you just need to do the steps from beginning.
Restoring: You can’t restore your stuff on the new account but if you got back to your previous account you can restore all your games and data.
1. To do this you must Go to trophies app then press the options button and select Sync with Server.
2. Insert your first memory card.
3. (You can skip this step if you have another memory card but do it if you don’t have memory another memory card or if you have a PS Vita 2000) open content manager in your computer the open it in your vita select pc and then select your connection type and select restore. Full instructions here: PlayStation manual
That was all you need to do to have two accounts on one vita. I know it seems a lot of work but if you do it once you’ll see that it’s pretty simple and easy.
