Enable PS Vita system with VitaUpdateBlocker

Post by taps » Mon Mar 31, 2014 8:19 am

Hello,

In this quick tutorial I will explain how to activate the PS Vita system from a previous version, no need for a ps3 just VitaUpdateBlocker, using the software very well explained here http://wololo.net/2014/03/31/how-to-and ... teblocker/ ]

1 Launched VitaUpdateBlocker
2 Edit the proxy setting in the connection (psvita)
3 Connect to PSN
4 Disable the proxy setting in the connection (psvita)
5 Start downloading

And voila your PS Vita system is activated. :D

Ditto. Charles Proxy stopped working for me so I went ahead and tried this as well. Guess Sony stepped up their game a little, pretty sad...

Erm no, it is always like that, new firmware comes with new certificates and after some time they switch to the new ones, which old firmwares don't have

Why would you need to do this when you're on 3.12 ?
