How to buy exploit game W/O using proxy and ps3 in lower FW

This tutorial teach you how to buy a game only using an internet just go to
https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/ and buy a game for example NUMBLAST(good game w/ small price and small space capacity)....(REMINDER:NUMBLAST only work on FW 3.01).....
just Follow this;
-log in your account that connected to your PSVITA.....
- buy the game online....
-put you cursor to the user name and click at DOWNLOAD LIST.....
- pic 1

-Find the game you just buy and click DOWNLOAD TO YOUR PSVITA.....

-go to the DOWNLOAD QUEUE for confirmation.....

-go to your ps vita and restart it.....
-then when it open connect your WIFI connection .....
-just wait and look at your download bubble...

Edit: Worked on my 3.01 vita but not on my 1.81 vita. As expected. So hurry. I'm sure it's a window that will close beside the fact that the games will be pulled. Good luck!

This only works on ~2.60 and higher

Did not work on my guys have tried everything to pass the dumblast for psvita
charles proxy and this method and nothing can not
but do not know what to do if someone can help me thanks
