In this tutorial you will learn how to download your PSP add-ons on PSVITA without the need of a PS3
First of all you will need TN-V7 and WiFi
When you are on TN-V Menu go to Playstation Store and sign in with your account

[/spoiler]On the playstation store look for the add-on section and search for the add-on the you want to buy/download free, or if you have it already, go to your download list

[/spoiler]After the installation is done you will be able to use it on your PSVITA without the need of TN-V

I have done this with the Dissidia 012 Costumes and Gods Eater mission and they work perfectly, also you can back up with CMA
