have you ever had that time where your PS Vita won't turn on or the light is blinking and music playing but not responding, or even a situation where you're PS Vita Frozen @ the browser and/or other applications? well Here is the solution:
1. Hold down the PS Vita Power Button for 30 seconds.
2. A blue/black screen should pop up with 5 or more options, click restart.
3. You're done.
