Thanks the tutorial worked perfectly on win 7 x64 after following the commands above and installing ppjoy after rebooting!:D. (This message was typed from vita using xpadder and windows osk.)

That's really great. Thanks for creating this tutorial. I really don't get it why Sony doesn't allow us to do this official, it would be so much easier.

when you are in TN-V. if you hold your finger on the screen for about 5 seconds.
this menu will show

Also, you can use the touch screen in the 4 corners of Vita Screen like this

How About In Wifi Controller sir? Can i use the right analog??? and i cant use the triangle in wifi controlle

1) about the right analog :

Configurate the right analog to the d-pad. So, Using Xpadder, you can get maximum benefit of it !

2) About Triangle :

Didn't you miss anything in configuration ? especially this option !

Sadly no... but you can put them in the D-PAd ( --> = R2 ; <--- = L2)
