Yeah that'll do. It's the exact same as the one I listed; only more local to you - besides that, from what I do know, you gotta pry open the plastic casing and cut off the battery motherboard, then you're good to go. I'm going to attempt this mod very soon, but if you happen to do it before me, it would be awesome if you could explain how you did the wiring, 'cause I'm still a little unsure on how we wire it in :)

Based on the OP simply solder some wires to the PSP battery (black for negative and red for positive for simplicity sake)
then just connect it with the same color on the Vita Battery(drop a bit of solder on the wire connection to make sure it sticks)

thats it as far as i can tell

Haha my confusion is somewhere between how we make it a full circuit. I'm just not sure how we'd connect the two batteries together and then plug it into the ps vita motherboard._.

I'm just assuming we'd have to strip the ps vita battery's red & black, then attach the psp battery to the vita battery's wires (without cutting any wires)

But in adding another battery, seems rather risky to me... I'm still going to try this though, it just didn't make sense because the OP said you got to cut the vita wires, when you could just strip a bit of the plastic off and attach the psp battery wires like that. (It would be easier too) if you're gonna try this, good luck

Not really. This battery modification is extremely worth it. Adding an extra 3600mah to an existing 2100 would get you 7-8 hours gameplay I believe. You can't see the battery, it's snug inside the case, no need to bother carrying an external + no need to occupy the data port. Longer playtime, and you can 'still' take an external battery charger with you.
