Ce-32799-0 ps4 error code

Was playing around with my licensing files today and came across this error ce-32799-0.
Could anyone explain what it means?
I seemed to bypass one of the PSN checks as it no longer asks me to purchase the title i messed with.
I'm guessing its an encryption error.
If you want to reproduce this
ez_fake_dlc.py etc.....
copied from user/licence/
renamed and copied to /user/home/#####/license/
Wanna try it with official pkgs from psn but don't have any at the moment..
