Is this what it claims to be? There's a github repo with what is claimed to be a working kernel exploit that is ready to accept payloads. Is this for real or just some mislabeling?

Check it out people, it it is what it claims to be, why haven't more people seen it by now? Is this just another userland webkit?

Can someone please confirm this?

EDIT: After reading what it actually does I'll wait for the actual release whenever that happens to happen. I'd like to run homebrew and the backups I create from my own PS2 and PS4 discs. That github distinctly states that it doesn't accomplish that.
