Flashing backed up NOR after update?
Just curious if anyone's backed up the NOR of FW1.75 then updated to latest and tried flashing back to 1.75?

No, you can't downgrade/restore your ps4 that way. period.
Unfortunately, yes there are people I know who flashed backed up nor after updating to the latest firmware, and they all wish they hadn't done that. Because, they all got a permanent brick.
