Or does anyone has the ps4-updatelist edited for europe to stay on 3.70 ofw bypassing 4.05 ofw using ps4proxy?

What i discovered is the following.: psproxy only works with the firmware you are on 3.55 4.00 4.01 when you edit the ps4-updatelist list to what firmware you wanna stay in!.
So 3.70 is nowhere there to be found so only option is upgrade to 4.00 or 4.01 when you can find the right update file from internet. sorry for my bad english does any one have another solution?? without updating the ps4 pro to 4.0?
