Help 4.05 ready to install
My ps4 is on software version 4.01 but it downloaded the 4.05 update, now every time I turn on my ps4 it asks to update the software is there any way to deleat this software update? Or anything I can do to keep it from updating it? Or am I out of luck

ok guys i have found a solution to my problem, tested it myself. for those having the same problem as i was and i know im not the only one simply follow this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=66&t=47400
best tutorial ever what i did is just simply downloaded the same software update as the one i had witch was 4.01 and select the Update Firmware option witch is option number 3 for me on the recovery menu. Then install update from USB. once it finishes installing the update you will no longer have the download file 4.05 ready to install update that keep bothering you every time you booted your ps4. you no longer have to worry about it updating automatically.
unless you have it connected to an internet connection
then your out of luck
