Why is the PS4 so hard to crack at this point?+-

Hi,

Could someone please explain to me why the PS4 hasn#t been jailbroken as of yet and why the PS3 was succesfuly jailbroken?

I haven't been able to find much online that explains this clearly in simple terms.

I'm sure PS3 wasn't really unlocked either in 3 years time from It's launch. Got a lot more popular after 2011, that's 5 years after launch. It got even much better after that time. Firstly people thought unlocking the PS4 would be way easier because It'd built more like a mainstream computer. However the security has (probably) aged well and not making it easy. It needs time and I'm sure it will get unlocked at some point, maybe in a year.
