psn account
If I get a ps4 when it comes out. And I have an account for my ps3..If I have money on that account will it transfer to the ps4?

If you will link your PS4 to that account then yes, because it will use same account it will also use same wallet, same nick, same PS+ subscription and basicaly everything but not your PS3 games
