Playstation Vue review and/or prices ?

Anyone living in New York, Chicago or Philadelphia used the trial yet? Fill us all in on your thoughts and prices please. Also, anyone tried a VPN through known locations to get the trial to work in diffrent areas? Just wondering... I live in kentucky and it would be great to see how they cover NCAA...
