Aren't those games being distributed on a regular Blu-Ray? If so then I don't see a problem reading them with a regular BD drive.
Don't forget that even PS2 games are easily dumped since they all are just regular DVDs but if you burn your own copy they won't work, and assuming that there is still no known way how to run pirated games on those consoles they are completely useless.

I just want to confirm what tinostar said, The games can be read by any blu ray reader. BTW this is old as all heck news.
