A few people have been getting phone calls that they can grab Dualshock 4 controllers early. They are at the store and have no street date. There is no point in having it without the system, but if true is a good chance to try them out, and they seem to work on the PS3, as well as a PC.

As is, I know the PS4 Link App for Android and iOS is released two days beforehand. No date on the Vita release yet.

On games releasing early, Killzone is available. Probably any games that go gold early will be available.
