Still, doesn't matter if it comes with drivers if one cannot use them. So until a hack is made and the decrypted drivers are available the most that one could do is to bypass the loader to boot their own kernel and writting all the drivers from scratch. Of cource this make it totally unfeasible as a "PC".
Note: i am using "PC" term as a generic device that can run most applications oriented to a desktop/portable computer since the original term is somewhat limited nowadays.

Does this mean Sony will bring back the OtherOS feature? Will this allow a faster hacking of the console?
OtherOS? after sony removed it from the PS3 ..... i don't think so (of course i want to be wrong on this). If the console gets hacked it could lead to real development and not some simple homebrew like the PS3 since a lot of apps/libraries are made with the premise that it will run on x86 hardware .
