Quick thoughts:
Game mechanics are good - notably the power system (8/10)
Story is OK (7/10)
A lot of sidequests and collectibles (8/10)
Graphics are very good (9/10)
Bought mine when it was on Sale on PSN, did not regret the decision and was pleasantly surprised.
Would I buy at retail price? No.

I bought it not long after release and was worth it. It is one of my 2 platinums.
