PS TV 3.63 and ARK-2 plugins like CWCHEAT not working

Do CWCHEAT works with a PS TV on 3.63? I used to make it work on my Vita but now I want it to work on my PS TV and the menu never shows up.
I have seplugins folder on ms0, I have a good plugins.txt file, everything like my Vita had working and nothing shows up.
