ARK stuck at "Scanning ISO"

So I recently installed ARK and onemenu on my 3.63 vita and ftp'd some of my psp rips to it, however now when I launch ARK it freezes or hangs (I shut it off after letting it go for roughly 2 hours) at "scanning ISO".
I had originally only transferred one game to make sure it all worked and had no issues so I transferred the rest over and now this.
Any ideas?
