PS Vita 3.55 ofw having trouble with plugins

I'm hoping there's someone that can help me.

I'm on official firmware 3.55, using ARK to launch the PSP emulator, & I'm currently using the PBOOT.PBP from the mimana lyar chronicles to boot into ark with pool hall pro.
  • I'm trying to use the Vita plugin manager, but it doesn't seem to activate the plugins whatsoever.
  • It also doesn't write the plugin.txt file even after I've deleted the original one I've placed directly into the ark savefile.
  • I'm trying to make the screenshot plugin work, however, I've been running into wall after wall.
  • The file is also written in caps lock as PLUGINS.TXT.
So far, here's what I've done:

I'll start off with the script I've been using:

game,ms0:/seplugins/prxshot/prxshot.prx 0
game,ms0:/seplugins/prxshot/prxshot++.prx 0
game,ms0:/seplugins/prxshot_png_mod/prxshot_png_mod.prx on
game,ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.PRX 1
game,ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheatpops.prx 0

I understand that you could use 1, on, enabled, and true. I've tried all of those with every combination possible. I've saved this directly into the VHBL folder, tried placing the commas after the path so it would look like this:

game,ms0:/seplugins/prxshot/prxshot.prx, 0
game,ms0:/seplugins/prxshot/prxshot++.prx, 0
game,ms0:/seplugins/prxshot_png_mod/prxshot_png_mod.prx, on
game,ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.PRX, 1
game,ms0:/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheatpops.prx, 0


And it still doesn't work.
I've even tried putting the literal path, which would look like this:

game,ms0:psp/vhbl/seplugins/prxshot/prxshot.prx, 0
game,ms0:psp/vhbl/seplugins/prxshot/prxshot++.prx, 0
game,ms0:psp/vhbl/seplugins/prxshot_png_mod/prxshot_png_mod.prx, on
game,ms0:psp/vhbl/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheat.PRX, 1
game,ms0:psp/vhbl/seplugins/cwcheat/cwcheatpops.prx, 0


That doesn't work either.

  • I've also tried moving the seplugins folder to the root of the card, so it would be in the same place that PSP and ISO would be, but that doesn't work either.
  • I've also tried placing the .txt file in the seplugins folder, and the VHBL folder, and it still doesn't work.
  • I've also tried deleting the plugin manager, reinstalled it, ran it after deleting the .txt file, and still no dice.

Is there anyone that knows where I can place these files, or tell me what I'm doing wrong, so that I can make these plugins work?

I'm also trying to run TN-V11 as well using the mimana lyar chronicles exploit for it, so if there's no possible way I'm linking the other request here to get as much notice as possible.

I've also tried to reformat my card and reinstall everything. I've also went and made sure to include the PLUGINS.TXT file in the ARK savedata folder, which helped the Vita Plugin Manager to recognize it. However, they still didn't work. So I'm currently using TN-V for my plugin needs at the moment, which seems to work well.
