Install ARK without base game in Vita from PSN - possible?

Hello,
I unfortunately do not have PSP game in PS Vita , and I can not install it via PSN, I dont know password to PSN, because I have Vita from second hand and I have account original owner because some very good games are installed in memory card (Killzone, WRC4 NFS etc).

Is there any solution?
I thought instructed in the video is the way to install PSP base game into Vita

I usedarcade darts for tn-v for 352 and loads most of games except tekken 6 but it does load for arc using pool hall pro as base game ...
