Pool Hall Pro?

I'm using a 3.36 Vita, and I heard the recent Pool Hall Pro exploit can be used for ARK on firmwares lower than 3.50. Is this true? If so, where is the exploit save file anyway, and would someone be kind enough to link a tutorial on installing ARK?
