ONEMenu v2 (Allow install HBs in PSP/VHBL for 3.50 TNV/ARK)

Post by gdljjrod » Sun Apr 19, 2015 6:04 am

Finally the new version is here. ONEMenu v2 retains the essence of being a simple and easy to use menu. Davis9278 (OneInstaller's creator) helped to develop this version.

Features:
A simple settings menu (press Triangle to open/close it).
Your games and applications are sorted in 5 categories:
GAMES: ISO/CSO/PSN games.
PS1: PS1 Games.
Homebrews: Contains your fabulous Homebrews, Emulators and Applications.
HIDDEN : Here rest the games / Homebrews to hide.

ZIP : Contains .ZIP files - The .ZIP files can be packaged as the following:

3.50 TNV
INSTALL.ZIP -> PSP/VHBL/HB/FBOOT.PBP
Must be FBOOT.PBP ok....
The content will be installed in "PSP/VHBL"

3.50 ARK
INSTALL.ZIP -> PSP/VHBL/HB/EBOOT.PBP
in ARK no problem EBOOT.PBP
The content will be installed in "PSP/VHBL"

3.18/3.36
INSTALL.ZIP ->PSP/GAME/HOMEBREW/EBOOT.PBP
INSTALL.ZIP ->HOMEBREW/EBOOT.PBP
The content will be installed in "PSP/GAME"

Now ONEMenu also supports P_PLUGIN.ZIP files
P_PLUGIN.ZIP ->SEPLUGINS/PLUGIN.PRX

There is a BOOT option, to run any game or homebrew holding down a key when ONEMenu starts (cross, circle, triangle and square are supported).

ONEMenu can detect your ISO/CSO games in your SAVEDATA folder, so you don't need to move them to the ISO folder (very handy when you have very big games like FFTYPE0).

Now you can see the game PIC1 as background :D

Can I have multiple INSTALL.ZIP in subfolders of the gamesave? Will OneMenu pick them all up?

Thx for the reply.

Will you be considering scaning subfolders in gamesave for multiple ZIPs in future version?

From your example, so the ZIP doesn't need to be called INSTALL.ZIP, or is it just for illustration?

Surprisingly, I'm on QCMA 3.9 and I was able to transfer the subfolders over to the vita. Was that some limitation in previous QCMA version?

I basically had PSPFIler, VitaFTP, GPSP(full expanded files with subfolder for ROM/SAVE etc..), SNES9xTyl(same full expanded files include subfolder ROM/SAVE) all in the ApeEscape exploit save. They all transfer over to the vita successfully.

I'm not trying to push for the function, but just want to let you know transfer of subfolders seem to work now.

I'm really enjoying this homebrew.

Thank you.

You need to enable Scan Saves and Scan VHBL option in ONEMenu Settings and restart ONEMenu. With this your ZIP files and installed homebrews will be scanned in ONEMenu.
