Place the INSTALL.ZIP in a savedata and move it to the Vita. The layout should be like

INSTALL.ZIP

---- FILER

---- EBOOT.PBP

Go to INSTALL menu in ARK, the PSP filer will appear, just press X on it.
You pointed me into the right direction. In my case the folders worked like this:

INSTAL.ZIP (Make sure its INSTAL.ZIP and not INSTAL.ZIP.zip nor INSTALL.zip. Use Winrar and not the Windows Zip utility)

Unfortunately it won't launch. The exploit goes into background and I have to do the exploit again.

Hello i have created ark and vhbl bubble on 3.30 with this 3.36 exploit but sometimes when i quit and relaunch ark bubble i have an error and i need reboot my vita.why?

Since your vita is the hacked one you need the saved data from the PSP folder once you open the PHP exploit download. I can get both off my 1000&2000 vitas booting php with pspgo,but cant get this plugin to work vita to vita both on 3.36 with plugin manager.

Yeah (I edited the post), I got the savegame from the PSP folder, and my friend took the one from the VITA folder.

Yes, thats the deal, I can't get to work VITA to VITA :___

Getting the same (c1-2858-3) - 3.36 US vita 2000 and 6.20 Pro C2 PspGO
Plugin enabled, tried various combinations of airplane mode, tried previous & newer files, tried automatic & same channel adhoc settings, always freezes the lobby then gives the error.

Anyone get this working with GO's internal memory?

EDIT: Got it. Not sure exactly what it was, but I dug through the recovery menu, turned off all plugins except game, defaulted the clock speeds, and turned off "Old plugin Support (PSP GO Only)" then it worked. Hope this helps fellow PSP Go Users.

I got it. I changed that Old plugin support setting, plus I changed my UMD mode from Inferno to M33. Only took me 30 tries (not even exaggerating) but I'm finally looking at a hacked Vita, cheers to Qwikrazor and everybody who helped out!

Now it's just time to work out custom bubbles and loading ISOs...

For some reason 138menu is not able to launch home-brews. In the case of SNES9XTYL it simply won't launch and take me back to 138menu. With PSP Filer the exploit game-screen goes into background and I have to force the Vita to restart. I already mentioned on the 138Menu thread. Maybe there is something wrong with the ARK used in the exploit.

Got it to get better, but still doesnt work

Vita EU unhacked - 3.36
Vita EU hacked (ARK 2-Numblast)

We get it to work but it just freezes, and yes, we tried like 50 times airplane mode trick -.-

Is there a way to exit an ISO/Homebrew and then be back in the ark menu? I can't figure out the hotkey
