Afaik there's no way to get both versions on the same Vita. You either have a US account (in which case you get the NTSC version) or you have an EU account (in which case you get PAL).

my bad,sorry for the confusion ;i meant that i'm going to use my CFW PSP 1000 (the first gens) for the qwik's new hax and the only isoz that were relevant and already in my files (if you get what i mean ._. ) were PAL/european.

i know,bought it for the vita. didn't want to go download for PSP since i was using a 6.20 CFW and had the EU version extracted from a UMD so i thought using that would save the effort.
