Here's ARK/TN-C for Numblast/Qruton, should be available in US, EU, JP and AS (HK).
These files are only for Numblast, not for any bubbles, the bubble mess was a nightmare, so if you want, you can install your own ark bubble through this.

Here's 3.36 TN-C for Numblast/Qruton.

3.36 v3: (replaced the march33 ISO driver with the PRO Inferno driver (and hex edited the menu to show the changes in the options))

If the kexploit brings up a C1-2858-3 error, it may be an issue with the system language, if so, change the language to English.

I have already your ARK bubble installed, but it has some minor problems like crashing or freezing in white screen, Can I use this exploit instead ?
and how to install it ? it has two folders, where I should put them ? there is no readme file.
and do you recommend use this version ?
because I'm worry if sony patches the Patapon 2 in future update.

Yeah, the kexploit will crash with this version too sometimes.
Just transfer both saves to your Vita and start the game.
Sony will patch this one too.
