1) Delete the POPS.TXT and GAMES.TXT from your savedata file & delete the CWCHEAT that you already downloaded to your Vita
3) Download this: http://www.4shared.com/rar/tq1qrytt/CWCHEAT.html
4) Extract the file with WinRar (inside the extracted file, there will be two folders called "PSP" and "SEPLUGINS")
5) Using a FTP program, transfer the folders to your Vita -- it shouldn't give you an error or prompt unless you already have a PLUGINS.TXT in your savedata folder or CWCHEAT in your SEPLUGINS folder.
6) Once that's done, go load your game (ISO/EBOOT) from ARK/TNV and hold select for a couple of seconds until the CWCHEAT menu pops up.

P.S. This method should work with any ARK/TNV-supported plugin. Just copy the three lines of code and paste them after the ones already there, and then replace the "cwcheat" with the name of your plugin. *Make sure there's no spacing after lines, as that can cause problems*
