Where to Copy Homebrew on Ark Ecfw

Post by chuck67 » Sat Jan 12, 2013 5:13 pm

i recently just installed ark by deleting the old uno exploit and copying it over fresh. during the installation i copied 1 psx game nd 2 psp games, to the root of the exploit folder, but when i load up the exploit none of the games are showing. only the iso i moved to ms0 previously using tn ecfw. Is there a special way/folder homebrew must be installed into for ark?

ISOs and Eboot/fboot dont go into root folder.
ISO go in ms0:ISO
Eboot/Fboots go in ms0:\PSP\GAME

In yMenu folders don't matter, anywhere on the ms you can launch homebrews or isos

now I get your pb.
Yes naturally you can't copy files to install with yMenu in the same savedata as the exploit's, because yMenu itself is in there so it's naturally detected as homebrew (this is because wherever you put the games/homebrews, they're loaded anyway).
To transfer files you simply need to use another savedata, which is logical .. you shouldn't ever mix any files with something like an exploit installation folder.
