once the uno shows up with the tn menu 1.01 it won't let me use the direction pad only the triangle square and x and square brings up the nickname and cpu speed stuff help please

2.02 = UNO

If you missed UNO then I recommend updating to 2.02 and then wait. Also you could find an exploitable game from your downloads list. If you have a psp you can decrypt your bought game savedata, HEX edit the profile name (or other aspects of user input.) Read up on psplink and gain some knowledge. If you can crash the psp while using psplink you can obtain data that certain scene members know alot about. Report your findings to a trusted dev or scene member for porting...OR just wait. Trust is a big issue though. I trust wololo and others I won't mention.

This is how i got it to work...Thanks to saiyan for the instructions.

I'm not quite sure where is the complicated part in there. What you need to do is:
1. Download the attachment for fake_np from the post.
2. Extract it out somewhere to get 2 EXE files
3. If your rips are less than 1.1GB, then just drag it on top of the fake_np.exe file.
4. If you encounter an error showing in the post, drag the rip on top of the other exe first then repeat step 3.
5. If your rip is larger than the above size, and you have purchased a PSN game with the size around your rip's, use it as a base.
6. Done.
