I am planning to buy a PS3.
But the PS3 has the most features.

i would say a used phat, cause you can jailbreak those, and odds are they arent on any firmware higher than 3.41, and idds are if they are updated, they dont have 3.55. ALSO, odds are if they do have 3.50, theres a downgrade for that firmware =D

Yes but, that depends if he plans on hacking it. I think hacking the ps3 isn't such a great idea because I love to support the developers who develop expensive games on the ps3. PSP however, the games are usually ***
