Sync trophies on PS3 CFW

I'm on the latest Rebug. Is there a safe way to sync the trophies I have earned? My console already had my account installed and activated before I hacked it, so they are, in some way, still on the same account I've always use for unmodded consoles.

I highly recommend you never use your "proper" or "main" account on CFW. Use it on a different PS3 . You are never 100% safe whilst using CFW online on PSN and a console ban can occur at any time.
I have 3 PS3's. 2 on CFW and one on OFW. I don't use online on my CFW PS3's at all and only use my OFW PS3 for all my online gaming.
