PS3 Bluetooth Devices not Connecting

Well, I cleaned out my PS3 good enough, but now I cant use any PS3 Controller or the Remote. Remote will turn the PS3 on, but that is it. Have to probably replace the WiFi/Bluetooth Board and Antenna. Have tried to setup Bluetooth Devices and Re-Register the Remote. Nothing works with it. So obviously the BT on the Board is out. Probably the Ribbon Cable, but just to be safe, replacing the while thing.
An I correct in my Diagnoses?
