NEED HELP! PS3 WON'T BOOT!!! (BLACK SCREEN)

Last night, I update my ps3 to the latest version 4.66. While it was updating, I went somewhere and come back the screen was just black,
The green power button still on.
I turn it off and turn it back on it's still blank. I super sure that my monitor is working.
I was trying to enter Safe Mode but still blank.Nothing show up. Switched the cable to my PC n it's working properly.
I can't acces to SafeMode. PLease HELP!!! THANK YOU!.

All BLANK on a powered screen!

there is a way to reset the video output but i'm not sure what it is. Google!

I did try everything on Google. Not working.

To reset the video output, turn of the console first.
Now press and hold the power button, it will beeb once first, and after a few secs it will beeb again, then release it.
