Copying PSX files to HDD

Post by Daniel_Davies85 » Wed Jul 30, 2014 2:20 pm

Hey all,

Just a quick question about where to put PSX files on my PS3 HDD using Multiman.

Once I've ripped my game I get 2 files; an .img and a .ccg (or something like that)

I can play the games fine from a memory stick but if I wanted to transfer and play them from the HDD where do I need to copy them to?

There are too many folders called GAMES, or Game or Packages etc.

And also, which file do I need to copy, or do I need both in the same folder?

Thanks in advance,
Dan.

I'm not sure where they would go, but you can just hit triangle > copy > hdd0 on the game in multiMAN

If I had to guess, it may be dev_hdd0/PSXISO/

i can confirm that. And if you rip a game with multiman it should put it there anyway.
Let's just not talk about, why it's PSXISO...
PSP 1004 6.60 ME
PSV 1000 3.60 HENKAKU
PS3 CECH-2004A FERROX 4.80 Cobra 7.3
