The official firmware 4.60,big changes ?

hello,i just switch on my ps3,and..An update was required,the 4.60,i was wondering what was the changes ? Is this only stability ? also,when i tried to go on PSN,i got the message : our conditions changes you must accept thèses.

well all i saw that you can change font size and color, thats what i noticed besides the fix, i lost a 2 ps3 to that update they got bricked

Well, those changes are important. To Sony. Under the "System stability has been improved" can be literally anything, from
