PKG install question

Hello,
I purchased a CECHH00 model PS3 recently and installed CFW on top, and I've tried to install some certain PKGs, but i've always gotten an error code 80029564.

Here's what I've done:
1. Copy said pkg files into dev_hdd0/packages in multiman
2. Install pkg in the XMB
3. Errors at about 10-20% of the way. Error 80029564

I've installed in a number of scenarios:
3.55 Rebug
4.46 Rebug
4.55 Rogero

I have also created my own RAP file (none exists over the internet) and installed it via reActPSN (same error during install), and also tried to convert said pkg into an iso, however the EBOOT.BIN was not able to be decrypted.

Do you guys have any other suggestions that I could try?

That error says the pkg is corrupted.

I've redownloaded the pkg, and tried reinstalling it. I get the same error.
I suspect that it could be an encrypted eboot of some sort?

Probably an incomplete download

But this sounds too much like piracy so I'm just going to lock this
