how many users on here are looking for cfw ps3s?

im not selling on here just want to know how many of our wolo'ers are looking for ps3's that are already running cfw/mfw
or if they already have it what do you'all prefer

and if you want list witch cfw you want?
witch model ps3 do you want?
or if you already have cfw/mfw, witch do you have and why do you prefer your cfw/mfw?
and witch model ps3's do you have cfw/mfw on

i have 3 cfw ps3's, all have rebug 4.46.2 rex with QA token flagged,
my models are 1 cecha01 and 2 cechb01 units,

i like REX rebug 4.46 on bc models because i use ps+ on psn and have a large psn collection and a larg ps2 disk collection and i also like to play some of my psp games on the ps3,(like rockman dash2) and ps3 games load faster on hdd then on disk
rebug toolbox is easy to use for other os

i want a 2500b with regurto x.xx cfw
so i can play games off the hdd instead of waring out the lazer and i want emulators

or post what you want

im just trying to figure out how much interest in cfw on ps3 is here on wololo

I'm ok with my BC PS3 and I love it, I don't care about PS3 CFW, it's all piracy and the games I care for most I've already bought them, so it serves me no good (unless they bring linux back, I WANT LINUX ON MY PS3!!! F*CK YOU SONY!!!!)

im not really into the piracy part as all the games ive install on my ps3's i own or have throw PS+
Linux is runnable in most cfw at this point as far as ive seen, but i don't really know how to install it after 3.15, i already have the partition for it installed so i haven't had any trouble with it, and dont want to mess with it, though i do miss updates for the old power pc ver of Ubuntu
i do wish the emus and other nice tools would git updated for newer fw like the good ol' psp days, but sirrah sirrah cant live in the past

showtime is a major upgrade over the *** sony gives the ps3

It should be noted, that with recent advancements *ALL* cfw ps3's can be backwards compatible. (models without an ee/rsx built in are VERY capable of emulating a ps2 - notice how they can still run ps2 games purchased through psn)

if you guys need any help working with CFW, feel free to ask I have a lot of experience - installing CFW, downgrading (through hardware and software), BD-Rom repair, Fan-Mods...

not really as you have to install the game on non bc consoles as vers to just poping them in the drive and playing them

Wololo's occasional PS3 scene posts originally spiked my interest into obtaining a CFW PS3......

I originally wanted a hacked PHAT model with hardware PS2 backwards compatibility. I purchased one off eBay but before the seller posted it to me, it YLOD'd! So he sent instead, his personal CECHA01. I got a fair bit of use out of it. Only used it as a emulator/ps1/ps3 machine and in true phat-style, it YLOD I've since reballed it.

Before my CECHA01 YLOD'd, i purchased a Slim on CFW already as a back-up. I use this one for all my PS3 gaming needs and some media as it runs a lot quieter than the CECHA01 LOL

Looking into buying a E3 Flasher for my CECH-2501B Slim. Amy sites you would recommend. I remember seeing a list that directed you for what flasher to buy for your ps3. I am looking forward to booting PKGS with it. KMEW would be the choice for me . Still have a premium account on Transamgrafx that has a beta jailbreak out and we are "supposed to see" install PKGS under games but we all know that site is a scam. I didnt even see a "Install PKGS option lol

compatibility sucks though, you get around 30%, with BC models you get up to 90%
