what ps3 to get

Im thinking about geting a ps3 but im not sure if its worth geting the slim,im looking at this one(http://www.gamestop.com/Catalog/product ... sku=909117)
seems like a good deal (i know it cant play ps2/ps1 games) but is there some reason to get a slim/other model over this one? btw i dont want to download psn games so the hdd space doesnt matter that much

Slim PS3s consume less power, are more well-ventilated and have bigger HDDs (not that you couldn't replace one in a fat PS3). They're just generally more safe and bound to last longer.

no they cant only some models have ps2/ps1 support

All ps3's can play p1's regardless. Some just lack hardware to play ps2 games.
