TV-V recovery coming up after transfer to new memory card

I managed to get a deal on a 64 GB mem card for $30 from a used store in town. Every thing seemed to transfer over okay, but I just got a around to checking the TN-V. The exploit game, talkman tokyo, loads okay. It just comes up in the TN recovery menu. A message comes up saying to install 6.60 files first when trying to do somethings in the menu.
I'm running TN-V on an original vita on firmware 3.18.

I wondering if I didn't do something when copying things over or forgetting something. I really haven't used TN-V in a while.

It's bin a while for me too but i think you need to also download the 6.60 EBOOT.PBP. You have to rename it to 660.PBP and transfer to your vita into the same save-game folder that you used for the other TN-V files (TN.bin etc).
Once that 660.PBP is on your vita you can start TN-V and in the recovery menu you have to go to 'Advanced->Install'. Once it's done you should load into TN-V.
