[help] 3.52 tnv11 (noob problems)

im currently on 3.52 tnv11 here's my question:
-how can i add plugins?please give detailed instructions please
-i currently dont have a seplugins folder i think, how can i make it and put files on it?
-some may say i need to have a filer installed, but what is the best working filer right now for 3.52 tnv11?

i think adding plugins way back on a psp was much more easier than on vita, it really makes my head hurts

If you have filer or ftp server you can add plugins in the same way as in psp, so make seplugins dir and in this dir make vsh.txt/game.txt/pops.txt files. Latest filer (6.6) you can download in download section but as your're on 3.52 to run ay homebrew you must convert it to iso or run from vhbl dir (with game2vhbl plugin) or run as RECOVERY.PBP from Recovery menu.
