3.52 VitaTV TN v11 (Bubble)- Homebrews corrupted.

I have Vita TV 3.52 and managed to run TN v11 using PSP game as a custom bubble.
I use my 32GB card from 3.18 Vita that was running Talkman Tokyo exploit, which I assume that all of my PSP stuff could work on 3.52.

Well, all those PSP backups and Plugins seem to work fine and run well
But...
My homebrew apps, including Gpsp, NES, Masterboy emulators, FTP and PSP filers show corrupted icons. Is there a way to fix this (without possibly backing up or deleting those files)?

This is corupted because homebrews should be as ISO's
