Unable To Delete Corrupt Data

Post by NotSoTechnical » Thu Aug 13, 2015 11:32 pm

Is there a way to forcibly remove a corrupt file? I get a deletion error upon trying it in XMB, and while I can find the file in PSP Filer, when I try to delete it, I just get "(0) files removed". PSP Filer and XMB show that it is taking up space.(~339 MB) I believe it's a corrupt copy of Medievil that was once on my Vita, but I'm not positive. Medievil no longer shows on the Vita interface and has since been deleted, and as earilier stated, it's corrupt within XMB.

I don't think formatting the card is the best option, as I'll have to back it up first, which will only result in that file still being there upon restoration. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do?
