CWCheat Help - 3.18 TN-X Tekken/TN-V10

I'm having trouble getting CWCheat to show on the TN-X Exploit for Tekken 2. Works fine for my Gladiator TN-V10 for PSP games. I changed the button scheme in CWCheat to avoid the Select button conflict, but nothing is happening. If anyone has any tips that would be great.

I know that TN-V11 has PS1 support now, but I think I missed my chance, and now stuck on 3.18.
