Options for Playstation TV with firmware 3.20

I've got a playstation vita tv and it has firmware 3.20. The problem is I still haven't signed in to psn onto it, so I can't use open cma (or anything similar) to access psn and download the exploit game. So do you have any suggestions as to how to download the game to run the TN eCFW.

I now managed to activate my vita, but now to use open CMA I would need a USB A Male to USB A Male cable, is there any alternative to doing so?
