What's are the perks of TNV-11 over TNV-10?

I saw a post in a thread I can't find it anymore that shows some of the perks of using TNV-11 over TNV-10 for those of us below 3.3X firmware. Anyone care to shed a little light on this subject? And is it possible to have a TNV-10 bubble and TNV-11 like we can have ARK-2 and TNV-10?
