Is there an ISO version of TN-V10 or 11?

Post by apoptygma » Tue Apr 21, 2015 2:56 am

I am trying to setup a bubble on FW 3.18 and it looks like I'll need an ISO version of TN-V to sign as the EBOOT.PBP, is there one around? Also, will TN-V11 work fine on 3.18 or do I need to use TN-V10? All the listings for it just say it's for 3.36/3.50

TN-V11 works but i would advise TN-V10. Link above works fine.

I'm having trouble getting the database step to properly merge the tnv eboot into my base game, I've renamed the base with an & at the end I'm not sure what's not working

From what I've read, you sign TNV.ISO with your base game which becomes an EBOOT.PBP file that you want to copy in what would be your non-base folder (NPUH10027 after renaming the old folder to NPUH10027&, as example, I guess). Since I couldn't get the bubble to work myself, I'm probably the worst to offer help.

Might help to state what exactly happens that shouldn't be happening. When you say properly merge the tnv eboot in your base game, I thought you just need to copy the EBOOT.PBP so all you should be doing is copying it from your savedata folder to the folder you create without the &. Maybe this can help:

Maybe someone else who has done it right can help, though.

I figured it out, the problem was that I had used sign_np instead of fake_np so my tnv pbp wasn't working

Yet again I read that fake_np works. I guess next time I try, at least I can stop thinking of which one to use.
